"When a new email arrives (V3)" outlook stops triggering

Seen quite a few of these posts and it seems I have the same issue. The trigger has been working fine for a while and then without any changes it just stops triggering. Pushing old data back through as a test works and the flow functions fine it just no longer triggers.

 

Have tried deleting the connections, deleting the trigger and creating a new copy of the Flow - nothing will make this trigger work again. Looks like the other posts have been resolved by building the Flow again from scratch. Is that really the only available fix?

 

My main issue is the lack of any errors or reporting on these failures, they are just completely undetectable apart from manually checking the flow is running for every email received. That is not automation.

There maybe any changes in the trigger,  and the only way is to delete and re-add the trigger in the flow or create a new flow.

I would like to add that the V2 version of the trigger is also experiencing the same issue.

It does - the new version of the Flow I created did trigger once after I tested it, but generally it is not triggering when emails are received.

Hello, 

I have the same issue. The flow doesn't get triggered from a "When a new email arrives (V3)".

I've tested the way you told to, deleted and re-added the trigger or created a new flow, it worked a few times but then gets back to the main issue.


I've already tested with "When a new email arrives (V2)", with no success as well.

 

What now? I've this flow on production and since i can't get any errors, i can't figure it out if its working properly or not.
