CDS Dataflow Sharepoint connection error

Hi

I can't find any related posts to my issue, worrying me that I am missing something simple.

I currently have one dataflow scheduled to import data from an excel file in a sharepoint folder into CDS.

Works fine. The environment is 'Production'.

Now I can't create any new connections to the sharepoint ressource.

If I try to connect a dataflow to a sharepoint list I get access to sharepoint but no lists are displayed.

If I try to connect to a sharepoint(online) folder or excel file in a sharepoint folder I get an 'Invalid Credentials' error.

I can't even recreate the working dataflow.

Situation is the same no matter if I use my 'Production' or my 'Default' environment.

I use same credentials in PowerApps and Sharepoint.

I use the sharepoint lists in some other apps.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

/Briand

Hi @Ahlgreen ,

Did you already check your permissions?

Did you already create a simple dataflow to check if you get the same issue?

Hi @Ahlgreen ,

I've made a similar test but not met the same problem like your description.

When I create dataflow with sharepoint, list displayed correctly and not met Invalid Credentials error.

So please check whether you enter right site url.

It should be like:

You could find it here:

What's more, if you create dataflow with sharepoint, it will import data from sharepoint list/folder, not the file data in the sharepoint list/folder.

So your csv file data will not be imported in.

Actually, I suggest you choose csv when create dataflow.

Hi @renatoromao

Yes, I have a workflow running from an excel file in a Sharepoint folder.

When creating a new Dataflow, I can't see any folders, files or lists.

I have acces to all folders & lists when logging on to the site and I can connect to folders and lists from PowerBI.

Hi @v-yutliu-msft

I definitely have the right URL.

I have acces to all folders & lists when logging on to the site and I can connect to folders and lists from PowerBI.

I already have a Dataflow running importing the data from an excel file located in a Sharepoint folder.

It seems that when I create the Dataflow, Powerapps creates an Azure HTTP connection instead of the Sharepoint HTTPS connection?
