Are the flows and apps being upgraded in Step 2 of the upgrade process or is it just the CDS database? I dont think any of our Flows and Apps use the CDS, that I know of... Just trying to to decide if I need to notify the owners of the Flows and Apps before I run the Upgrade.

Copies of the apps and flows are upgraded and need to be tested.
If none of your apps and flows use the connector to the previous version CDS database, they will not be changed.

The CDS Upgrade would upgrade your CDS database, including any apps or flows that use it to a CDS for Apps database.
I agree with your thought almost, I think it is necessary to notify the owners of the Flows and Apps which use previous version CDS before you run the Upgrade.
