I'm trying to create a new CDS instance with the customer service professional app and am getting this error:
According to docs.microsoft.com, all you need is an active license and available storage capacity (1GB). I have both of these but am still getting this error. What is the solution?

Can you confirm the D365 Customer Service license is assigned to your account? You can verify this in M365 admin center if you have privileges, or go to your account subscriptions page in the office 365 portal.

Hi @ChrisPiasecki , thanks, I was able to come right. The issue was that only Enterprise licenses were available and I was trying to provision an instance and deploy a pro app. After procuring and assigning the license it worked.
