Can users use Dataverse with only Business Central License?

Hi,

I have a question about Dataverse. Can users use Dataverse with only Business Central license?
The users with Business Central license can access and use Power Apps and Power Automate. They could make simple power apps and automate flows.
But they could not create a new table in Dataverse from make.powerapps.com page. 

Is there additional license necessary to use Dataverse?

Hello @YN2003,

You need to have seperate license for DataVerse environment to create a new Table etc.,.

Because BC will have different DB as Back End, so against that you can create PowerApps and Powerautomate.

Business Central has a different database. That is why Power Apps or Power Automate is necessary to have a Dataverse license as its own database.

Does it mean if a user wants to create Power Apps application with Dataverse as much as he/she wants, Power Apps per User plan is necessary? Is it OK to use Power Apps per App plan?
