We have a scenario where the users need to be able to send emails to unresolved email addresses. We have the setting "Allow messages with unresolved email recipients to be sent" enabled in System Settings. This all works great from a desktop/laptop and they're able to successfully send emails.
However, from a mobile device browser like Safari for iPhones (NOT the D365 app), we cannot enter in an unresolved email address. It simply clears the To field if no record is selected from the search screen. Any ideas why this behavior is different on mobile? Is this a bug?

Hi @Christine_P ,
From what I understand the browser on iphone is not supported for Customer Engagement application and other model-based applications. The app is the supported platform for the mobile devices like the iphone.

So overall I think it is just not specifically supported so you may get unexpected results.

Thanks Drew! I should have mentioned they are seeing the same issue on an iPad, which according to the article you linked should be supported for use with the web browser, as long as their iPad meets the listed criteria. I'll check on this. Thanks again for your help!
