Changing Dataverse entries based on time condition

I need to automatically update all entries of one column (all of the rows) in January. Every year all entries of one column, but of all rows should add +30 to the current number.

Any suggestions? Is there a way to do this by flow, or a business rule or directly in PowerApps?

Hello @mariaschm,

Create a Schedule flow

Steps to follow :

Initalize Variable with Integer

Use List Rows and use

Filter as Created on Date Year with Current Year

Set Initialised Value to the Number to Increment

Then Update the Record with Set Variable + 30

Hi @mariaschm,

Unfortuately Business Rules in Power Apps does not support this, you are ont he right track with Power Automate cloud flows. Here's more into ro run a flow under a schedule (every January):
Then with the Dataverse connector, you can List Rows and loop through them, update the records/rows. Important! you might hit limits if you have more than 5000 records though, here's a great article by @LinnZawWin explaining how to overcome the limits:

Hope this helps!
