Common Data Service Outlook Add In

Does anyone have experience with the Common Data Service Add In for Outlook? We can't seem to get it to work (ie run within outlook).   When trying to set the connection in Outlook I get an error that says no Environments available, yet the user is fully licensed for CDS and Dynamics Business Central and the user has full access to the CDS environment and entities in Power Apps.  What gives?




Just to clarify: Do you have Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement? Or, are you trying to use the Dynamics 365 Business Central Outlook add-in?
