With the new update in Dataverse, My Custom Entities Data is not getting displayed even after waiting for more than 30 minutes.
I'm not able to view even standard entity data.
Can anyone tell me do I need to do any updates on my own to view data?
Also, Is there any way to change the view of Dataverse like it was before this update?

I would open a case with Microsoft in this situation. Before you do that, you might want to clear cache in your browser and try again, just in case that will help.
