Customer lockbox for Dataverse ?

As a public administration and according to our national laws, we cannot use cloud services delivered by an american company (due to the american "cloud act") without extra security.

Security strengthening through a solution like "Microsoft customer lockbox" would be acceptable but this technology does not seem to be available for Dataverse.

Could someone tell me if "Microsoft customer lockbox" will be available for Dataverse ? and when ?

Hi @JM_Giagnoli,

There is no lockbox available for Dataverse/Power Platform.

I would suggest registering for Microsoft Ignite which is happening next week. There are a number of Power Platform sessions lined up, and Microsoft typically makes announcements about new features at this event. Some sessions are also interactive in that you can ask questions about new festures or make suggestions on festures they should add.

Just an update for you. Power Platform Lockbox is on the roadmap as mentioned at the end of the on-demand session on Build secure solutions fearlessly in Power Platform.

Unfortunately no timeline was provided yet, but likely very near future as it seems to appear at the top of that roadmap list.

Hi All,

While I was researching more on Lockbox, I wanted to check if this is out for Dataverse yet.

Also, a step further - does this only apply for Microsoft? That only Microsoft can initiate such a request and not partners where partners might need to access Production instance data which is siloed by the Security Group?
