Dataverse Collection Filter - performance

I'm pulling records from a Dataverse table into a collection using the formula below. Table only has 300 records in it - but performance is slow - can take over 1 minute to complete. I'm filtering on a text field (userupn) and an optionset (status).

Any thoughts:

ClearCollect(colTable, Filter(myTable, crb07_userupn = varUserUPN, crb07_status = [@'Status'].'904330000'));

Hi @paulgg ,

Are you getting a delegation warning with your query?  One of the key things I have done is store the User in a variable but it looks like you have already done this.  A couple things to try:

  1. Remove the status portion of the filter and see if that improves performance
  2. If #1 improves performance could you try filtering based on the approach identified by the accepted solution from here:  https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Dataverse/Filtering-a-CDS-by-Status-in-ClearCollect/td...

Hope this helps!

Thanks,

Drew
