Display name column properties based on the column name of another table in model-driven app

I want to use the name of column of table as a extended name in another column of another table. How is it possible

 For example the Table (T1) has column name Finance with values Investment, bonus, Expenditure and I want to use these values as a column name of another table like Investment + Salaries, Bonus+ Salaries, Expenditure + Salaries.

@Tiksha

You might be better off also posting this in the Microsoft Dataverse forum here

You'll find more model-driven app designers over there.
