Edit command bar opens up disconnect error page

I'm using Powerapps for government. I cannot use the Edit command bar feature because it will take me to the page

Check your url and make sure it's still sending you to make.gov.powerapps.us - it's happened in the past that specific functionality in isolated GCC rollouts accidentally carried commercial root urls.

If you are using Cisco connectivity this may happen, so if you are using Cisco try disconnecting and try again.

Thanks. It does send to make.gov.poweraapp.us. I think Microsoft forgot to add the command bar page handling for gov.

I don't use Cisco connect. I turned off vpn and tried but still same thing.
