I have a site URL environment varaible which is being refrered by Powerapp and different flows (Yes, power autoamte but flow is shorter to type)
Everyhting is working good. Now in same environment I created new site collection and now want my apps and flows to refer this. Easy, right? since MS has given us great environemnt varaible option.
So I ]went to environment variable and trying to update site URL and obviously it complains that I should select value , only from dropdowna nd should not type in site URL (Only to find that my site is not listed in dropdown) Its more than 2 hours since site is created. I am the site colelction administrator on this site. Screenshot below
Only when I can get this working i can move to next issue where my app and flow are not going to recognize environemtn variable anyways and i have to edit them once at elast to get these new variable values recognized. (Thats different issue though) https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Power-Apps/Data-source-variables-are-still-referring-to...

Turns out, to have newly created sites appear in dropdown, you should do at least one write operation in the site (create list ite, upload document, edit etc..)
Once i created test entry in list, this newly created site started appearing in dropdown.
Hi @Rohit4044041 ,
For this kind of issue, I would suggest you quickly contact with Microsoft support team. You will get a most effective reply from there. The support engineers there have more resources(the latest information about new updates or if there are some known server issues recently), maybe they already had handled these kind of issues rencently.
