Form Selector not Appearing for Custom Entity

I have a custom entity with two main forms.

I have added the forms to the App in App Designer.

I have verified both forms are active in classic view.

Yet when I load the Entity it displays the second form in the form order and no Form Selector.

Am I missing something to display multiple forms?

Hi @bhitchlockfcs 

Check the Security Roles settings for the form.  Forms can be set up so that only users with certain Security Roles can see them

Even though the forms were assigned to all roles, changing and saving the security settings on the form resolved the issue.
