Healthcare Accelerator

I see that the Healthcare accelerator is now depreciated and will no longer be available after Dev 2020. Is there a replacement? If Microsoft abandoning this section of the market?

This seems to be more of a complete product set than the previous common data model with extensions. I am more interested in the data model and if it's still available to build off of.
