Highlight a dataverse row on the email when the new item is added

Hi,

Is it possible to highlight the row(on the email/excel attachment) if a new item is added so the users just have to focus on the newly added ones for the day. If so how can I achieve this?

Thanks for the screen share. So this is a report every time getting generated by Power Automate (CSV file) and users don't want to see only the new records everytime when the flow is ran. For this to exclude the records from the report added a new flag (Yes/No) to identify whether the record is included in the report or not. If its included then update the flag to Yes. The first step where it gets all the records for the reports add the additional filter to exclude the new flag is Yes.

Please see the following article, should provide you the ability to flag with an icon ones that are "new" for the day.  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/data-platform/display-custom-icons-instead

Hope you are doing good, for answering your questions, please try creating a view and filter it based on CREATED ON date.

 

Please follow below steps to achieve the same.

 

1. Navigate to https://make.powerapps.com

2. Select Exact Environment

3. Expand DataVerse

4. Expand Table where you want to perform your operation.

5. Click Views

6. Click New Views once Page added at the RIGHT BOTTOM you can see FILTER 

7. Click on Filter and add Condition as CREATED ON - TODAY

8. Add the respective column from the entity which is required.

9. SAVE AND PUBLISH.

 

That's it 🙂
