How to create a view displaying Environments, Security and User access details?

Hello,

I require to create a single view displaying following details:

  • No. of environments
  • Security roles in the selected environment
  • No. of users in the selected environment and security roles
  • Types of access level of selected security role in the environment
  • Types of access level of selected user in the environment

How can I achieve this?

Thanks,

Hi @dave8,

The Xrmtoolbox has some security based plugins such as the User Security Manager you could look at.

If you want to make your own view of this, This would require a bit of development work as this is not readily available out of box. What you could do is take the Power Platform CoE Starter Kit and that would get you your Environments. To get the Security Roles per environment requires querying the Metadata via the Web API or the .NET SDK
