Hi,
We have implemented a canvas app with Power Apps & Dataverse.
We have a need to report specific application data from the Dataverse to one report file. Report file shall have formatted outlook and it would consist of multiple records (can be hundreds) having text values and images (stored as attachments in the Dataverse, number of images per record is dynamic, currently 0-10 pcs).
The final report shall be preferably in pdf format.
Would it be possible to create this kind of large report file using Power Platform & Automate without extensive html programming?
Or would there be any other low code/no code options for the implementation using Microsoft applications?
Thanks for help,
PATest

Thanks for the clarification. Time being we have managed to make a Power Apps -> Automate Flow which manages one record of data (with images) and then export that into Word and converts into pdf. Current issue is that we have not found any solution how to manage the same flow with multiple records. We have not found any solution to use Automate function from Power Apps with multiple records as input parameter for exporting to a report file. Would there be any way to implement this kind of process using Power Apps -> Automate?

Hi @PATest ,
Based on the complexity here you might want to look at the following: https://www.mscrm-addons.com/products/documentscorepack as it has a lot of great features. You could probably do with Microsoft Flow and a Word template but it would expect you would be leveraging HTML tables a lot in this template and I know it won't be as dynamic and easy to use (but should be an option)

We are actually trying to find a solution without 3rd party components with a price ticket and thus try to avoid this kind of solutions time being.
However, thanks a lot for the information, good to know this possibility also.
Hi @PATest ,
@rampprakash provided the Word Template video as an option which is not 3rd party and then I would also look at using Flow and Word Templates to build the document as well which might provide more capabilities than the standard Word Template. You could then store the document in OneDrive or SharePoint and convert to PDF.

So, we are still looking for finding above described solution to manage multiple records. Any help / ideas would be highly appreciated.

Some additional clarification for our use case. Our target is to have this reporting functionality in Power Apps cavas app where user can select first select what data to report (with filters) and then reporting functionality would create one report including all the records using some predefined template to format data (currently we are using Automate & Word template but have managed to create only single record reports).
