How to use multilanguage choices fields in language specific word templates

I have created two (OTB) Word templates for the same entity, both for two languages.

However, the language that has been set for each template, does not change the way how an optionset value is shown in the document. The language that is used is apparently based on the end-users interface language...

We would like to be able to generate documents for our customers in their own language, independent of the internal users' language...

Is this not possible with OTB Word Templates in Power Platform?

Best regards,

Yes I would say this will be impossible using the out of the box template and you need to use powerautomate in the that case.

Hello @KoenJanssensPD

As @Mira_Ghaly  its not possible in OOB Behaviour, the template will load based on User Language.
