License for Powerapps Data Integration

Hello,

My customer has license for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operation. Now I want to use Powerapps Data Integration to synchronize data between 2 systems. Do I need to buy the license for Powerapps Data Integration? If yes, which license plan do I need to buy?
