List Rows - Not showing custom table under Table name

Hello

I have imported and setup a custom table called Project. cds name crad8_Project.

(I have assumed that all tables in the cds are thus available in the dataverse as there is nothing to indicate that this is not true)

Several columns are auto created through the load process like status and user. However there is a mismatch between the imported  "real" status in a column called ProjectDescriptionStatus and the auto-added Status column. I am trying to run a flow to select the records from the Project table and then update the Status column based on a condition.

I have elected to use a cloudflow to do this. When using a flow and selecting the dataverse the action > list rows, it does not allow me to select my custom table in this case Project or any other of my custom tables. Why are they not there or is there a better way to bulk update these records?

Thank you for trying to assist me.

So the solution to my issues is as follows. In the dataverse the table is being listed as "Projects" when in my cds it is "Project". Item 1. Item 2 One cannot use the display names but you need to look at the actual column name when trying to use them in filters.

Hi @MarcdeKock ,

Please try to publish all your customizations and then close all your browsers and try to login and see your flow. you should see your custom table.

Hello

Not sure if I missed something. I do not see an option to publish my custom table. I am the environment admin if that helps. Closed everything as per guidance but my custom Project table still does not show up the the list of available tables for selection in the Dataverse - List Rows control.

Hi @MarcdeKock,

You can navigate to the solution in the maker portal. Publish all customizations will be available up in the top command bar.

Also, make sure you've selected the correct environment in the environment selector.
