Lost access to custom tabels in Dataverse when Export/Importing App

The Setup

I have, I believe, sucessfully exported/imported an app from one environment to another.

Both environments have the Dataverse connector.

Apps in both environments can see custom tables in dataverse.

The Problem

Apps from one environment can't see custom tables that are visible from the other environment.

The Question

How can I access the tables in Dataverse from both environments

The Thanks

Thank you for you assistance in this.
