Mapping Error in Data Integrator

I am getting an error message when mapping from one Dynamics CE Account entity from one environment to another.  I am at a loss at where to start troubleshooting or looking for the cause...the field is customertypecode on both the source and target environments.

Hi @fudgeythewhaler , what is the error message that you are getting?

Sorry..I tried to paste a picture of the error message.

I attached it this time..

the message is below just in case the image doesn't come through

"Unable to save mapping. Session id: d38c3fec-22a3-4552-9c05-cae4d8101fad"

Hi @fudgeythewhaler ,

Ha ha, well that is a useful error message isn't it 😉

The customertypecode is an optionset field in CDS.  Can you confirm that the optionset values are the same in the source and destination CDS environments?

In this situation where the error is super generic I would also consider raising a support case with Microsoft through https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/
