Migrating my Data Sources from Sharepoint Lists to DataVerse Tables

I have been using Sharepoint lists as my data source for my Power Apps for the past several years. I now have access to a new environment that includes DataVerse so I'm looking for the best videos or tutorials demonstrating how to create tables with column types that match the sharepoint list column types. Can anyone make some suggestions?
