Model Driven-App Email Template Dynamic Links

Hi,

I'm having a weird issue with embedding a dynamic field link into an email template, i've tried using a URL entity and a Single line text entity, but whenever I create the link and import the template it seems to be adding the bellow to it:

https://TENANT.crm11.dynamics.com/</span></span>https://URL.com  

I can't work out why its adding that tenant link and then these </span> html tags the code I'm using is this:

<a href= "{!Account:JotFormLink;}">This is a link</a>

Is there any way round this?
