Hi All,
I'm trying to use the model-driven app Monitor tool to debug an application as explained on this documentation:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/monitor-modelapps
I have System Administrator and System Customizer security roles on my environment.
I go to my app and select Monitor, once connected I click on "Play model-driven app" and "Join monitor debug session", nothing is being captured by the tool when I start navigating and updating records.
Any ideas why? I can't find anything else on the documentation other than the required security roles.
Thank you,
Erick
Hi @ErickDiaz ,
Please check if you are following the right steps.
Login to make.powerapps.com
Navigate to App section and choose the App you want to monitor.
Choose the 3 dots next to the App name and click on Monitor.
A page like below will open up,
click on play published App from this page. Your app should open up with a Monitor symbol enabled as below,
All your activities will get tracked as below,

Hi @DeviKrishna,
Those are the exact same steps I took as mentioned on my original post, nothing is generated on the Monitor tool as I navigate through my app.
Thank you,
Erick
Hi @ErickDiaz ,
You have definitely followed the right steps.
Once you click on join session , I hope you observed the below notification on the model driven app,
I suggest to raise a support ticket with Microsoft.
