Model Driven Views not Publishing

Lately, I have seen an issue with my custom views on tables not publishing to our users. Have tried to publish the app again, in classic and current mode.  Let me know if you all have seen this/know a solution.

Publishing the app wouldn't do much, you have to publish the views themselves.

Is everything inside a solution?

You can publish all customizations in the solution.
