Need help with parent child relationships

Hello,

I have two entities, ReceiptsParent and ReceiptsChild, and created a 1:N relationship between them.  However, I have not been able to figure out connect a parent form to child form.  I have tried adding the relationship field to my child form and using the "Patch" command to take the last submitted parent ID, but nothing seems to be working.  Am I doing something wrong?  What is the best way to connect a child form to a parent form?

Hi @Anonymous, not exactly sure what the issue is.  Presumably you have a foreign key column in the child table that points to the parent item (i.e. the relationship field), and that is how you 'connect' them.

Can you please be more specific about what it is you are trying to achieve, what you have tried, and how it fails?
