Not able to add users in new Environment

Hi Everyone,

I have created a canvas app backed by CDS table in a private environment. I want to share the app with the users but not able to add users from the dropdown and continuously getting error as :

Error: Failed to create the following users{"objectid":"xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"}.

How to share this app with users that are not part of the environment but are present in Azure AD (,also the security groups). Usually I used to share the app with users in MS Pro Dev environment with ease but not here.
What am I missing here.
Please let me know.
Thanks

Hi @v-shsi16,

The user that you need to share with needs a proper Power App per user / per app (or D365) license assigned. Can you ensure they do? You can also check in aka.ms/ppac --> pick the env --> "Access" pane on the right --> See all user --> check if the user is there.

Hope this helps!
