this is for a client, where Phone Call Records are being deleted automatically
We've checked workflows, plugins, flows (power automate), however, are unable to find a root cause
One thing that we've noticed (and are trying to fix) is that the client is running over their allocated storage capacity? would this have any impact/cause this issue?

No, running over allocated storage would not automatically delete data. Have you checked Dataflows which has an option to delete all records before re-importing? Also, suggest to enable auditing on the entity to get more details about the delete operations, like the user which might give you a hint.
