Populate Option Set Dynamically in Flow

Hello. I am trying to populate an option set in my flow,but the IDs behind each value is different in each environment. 

When I go to promote the flow to another environment, it cant find the value because the IDs dont match. 

Since the labels match, is there a way to dynamically populate the Option set using Label.ID or something along those lines?

Retrievemultiple message or list rows in power automate is not possible for optionsets table.

Only way is to deploy your optionset from one instance to another, that way ID and label will remain same.
