Possible Delegation Error

Hello,

I believe I am having a delegation issue that doesn't make any sense to me. Below is an explanation of my situation.

I am looking at developing an app that displays lists of material to users. I have two tables to supply the data. The first table is called "PA_items" which is a unique list of part numbers (~11,000 records in SQL). The table contains part number and description. The second table is called "material " in dataverse. The second table contains quantities, choice fields and an item number (order in which the part number is displayed). Each material list in second table is usually only 10 records long but can contain many separate material lists. When I create a record in the material table I collect an ID from the PA_items table thus linking the two records. By setting the tables up in this way I should make updating records records easy, part numbers and descriptions can be changed in the "PA_items" table rather than 100s of times in the material table.

In my app I have a gallery that filters the material table to display the selected material list. My issues occurs when I go to use LookUps to pull the part number and description with the material record which doesn't always display. I am thinking this must be a delegation issue because of how many records I have in my PA_items table. The delegation error doesn't show up but I know that it doesn't always display correctly. If I use a the code below to create collection from the two tables the same issue occurs on the same records.

Clear(col_materialList);
ForAll(RenameColumns(Filter([@materials],crd2e_materiallistid = this_record.materialListId),"crd2e_materiallistid","patch_materialListId") As MaterialRecord,
    Collect(col_materialList,
        {
        crd2e_materialListId: MaterialRecord.patch_stepmaterial_id,
        crd2e_partnumber: MaterialRecord.partNumber,
        crd2e_parttype: MaterialRecord.partType,
        crd2e_quantity: MaterialRecord.quantity,
        crd2e_callout: MaterialRecord.callout,
        crd2e_materiallocation: LookUp([@PA_materials], matl = MaterialRecord.partNumber,matlLoc),
        crd2e_description: LookUp([@PA_materials], matl = MaterialRecord.partNumber,matlDescription),
        temp: MaterialRecord.partnumber //Verify that MaterialRecord is actually iterating thu all items in the material list
        }
    )
);

 If I were to use a lookup with one of the part numbers that appears to go beyond the delegation limits then the lookup in the ForAll and gallery for that particular record are pulled correctly. But using a LookUp with ThisItem.partNumber in the gallery causes that record not to display. Are LookUps delegated differently in ForAlls and galleries than just the function by itself? If I am getting a hidden delegation error, does anyone have any recommendations on how to work around the delegation limit?

"Items" of the gallery where the material list is displayed.

SortByColumns(Filter([@materials], crd2e_materiallistid = this_record.id),"crd2e_callout")

I appreciate any help you can provide.
