1.If I integrate the Power Apps from Power Bi Service, Will it fall under Standard Connector?
As long as the Power App itself is only using standard connectors, yes.
2.Can I share the App with other user which are not listed in Azure AD?
You can share a Power App with a Guest user. More details are documented here.
3. If I avail Premium per user license, Can I use the AI builder features?
Yes, you get a certain amount of AI Builder credits for per user or per app licenses. Refer to the licensing guide for more details.
4. If I am not using premium connector, Can I still use AI Builder features for Apps?
Yes, you can also purchase AI Builder add-on capacity that is pooled at your tenant level and are not user specific. More details here.
5. Is it mandatory to have dedicated environment to use AI Builder Features?
If you purchase AI Builder add-on capacity for your tenant, administrators can allocate the credits across any number of environments as they see fit. AI Builder credits that come with per user licenses do not need to be specifically assigned to an environment. More details here.

Hi @Minakshi,
Again, depends on what data sources you are using (standard vs premium). Microsoft 365 E3 gives you access to Power Apps using standard connectors. Power BI licensing is completely separate from Power Apps and does not give you any entitlement to Power Apps.
4.If I want to consume Dataverse features of Power Apps, will that also be additionally chargeable? Also, if I use Dataverse features within our app, then can our app be shared to other colleague who are not having any Power
