Power Automate Flow in Business Flow not running

Hello,

I have followed the instruction in this article about how to add a Instant flow in to a business process flow. The Power Automate flow has been added via a solution. However when I run it from the Business Flow it does not run. I am just left with the following screen

Following is displayedFollowing is displayed

If I run the same flow from the Flow dropdown menu it all works:

Select the same flow from the Flow menuSelect the same flow from the Flow menuAfter selecting from the Flow menu this dialog is shownAfter selecting from the Flow menu this dialog is shown

Here is the Business Flow and Flow itself.

Does anybody have any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Hi @DisappointmentB,

I think it's an authentication issue. Would it be possible to run the flow under a service account without MFA enabled? Also, a couple of things to try:

  1. Instead of using the "Common Data Service" connector, can you try with "Common Data Service (current environment)". To have that connector available, you'll need to create your flow from a solution.
  2. If you run the flow under your account, can you run manually for the first time to ensure the connectors of your flows are "connected" and working.

Hope this helps!
