PowerApp form stuck when loanding in webpage

Dear All,

 

I have a simple app built in powerapp (sha that was working well until now. After a small forms change this app stop to work in web enviroment (IE and Chrome). When I try to open it gets stuck on loading page. I am able to open on studio enviroment (web), mobile and thought Powerapps windows application.

Can someone help me? I have tried to find some solution on community, but none was able to sort out my issue.

@STORTELOTE Are you still having issues? 

 

If so please try to reproduce the issue and grab the session details information so we can try and track down what might be failing intenrally. 

 

If you are stuck on the splash screen you can get the session details using alt + right click.

 

Also this may be a case of some files being blocked by your firewall. If you can try opening the app from a different place such as home. That might help identify the root issue.

Hi @STORTELOTE ,

This problem may be affected by many elements.

Please try:
1)clear your browser's cache

2)update the browser to the latest version

3)try another browser

4)check your system whether meet the requirments:

I followed / checked the steps below but the app still stuck on loading screen, is there any way that you can make a diagnosis ?

Thanks all, in fact i was able to find the cause of this issue (followed your orientation). For some reason, when i'm connected in my company (wifi), some web apps are blocked.
