Powerapps Portals Auto Cache Refresh

I have a scenario where I am updating a document from a basic form on Powerapps Portals. The screenshot is attached below.

The document gets uploaded in Resume table in data verse and I'm parsing information and saving it in another table (Employee) through Power Automate. It almost takes 10-12 seconds to parse data and add it in the Employee table in data verse. In the mean time, the update resume page redirects to a loading page for 20 seconds (for the flow to parse data and add it in Employee table), which then redirects to another page with a form which needs to be prepopulated from the parsed information.

I am getting data through fetch xml to prepopulate this form. The issue is that it takes 15 minutes to get recently added data from data verse to the portal. If I clear the cache / sync configuration, I am able to see data in no time. But I need to show data in real time. Is there a way I can clear the portal cache automatically? Or any other solution for my problem?
