Prospect to Cash - Time out

Anyone facing eventually this error trying to run a project of integration between Sales and Finance and Ops:

 

(Time out after 100 seconds for response of POST request from https://msmanaged-na.azure-apim.net/apim/dynamicsax/XXXXX/datasets/XXXX.cloudax.dynamics.com/procedu... with client request id XXXX), AX export encountered an error

 

Is possible to encrease this time out setup?

Hi,

 

I'm getting the same error message for importing data (Accounts - Customers)

 

(Time out after 100 seconds for response of POST request from https://msmanaged-na.azure-apim.net/apim/dynamicsax/5407cbf034cf4330a9151cd1e8a75a8f/datasets/XXX.cl... with client request id XXX), AX import failed

 

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Hi,

 

We are facing the same issue, did anyone managed to resolve the above issue?

 

we are am running on platform 15 and application 8.

 

Any help would be much apperciated.

There was an update to Platform update 15 , please make sure you are on atleast 7.0.4841.41248.  If you are on an earlier build for Platform update 15 , you will still see timeout issues.

[Edit] - applied the Platform Update 15 binary update hotfix and timeout is gone now. 

 

Hello, My team is on Update 20 and we're still getting the timout issue:

 

(Time out after 100 seconds for response of POST request from https://msmanaged-na.azure-apim.net/apim/dynamicsax/cd2228da6a9a4f39876685e8c758feed/datasets/jmp-st... with client request id 8f633ab9-a13f-40fd-97ba-2329dd057c95), AX export encountered an error

 

This is AX customers to CRM accounts.

 

Any ideas?
