Removing All Records from a Power Apps Table

I have tried RemoveIf(MyTableName, true), but my table has over 20K rows (exceeds the scope of Remove).

I have tried to Get Data for an existing data source, using the option to delete rows not in the query (the query had only 1 test record) and later received a message that "The refresh for your Microsoft Power Platform dataflow was unsuccessful". This surprised me since technically it is not a dataflow, but a table.

I am able to use Get Data for a new table (and that works), but like to think there is a better way.

Hi @mshTom,

Are you trying to delete all records or you're wanting to import new records with Get Data option? A couple points based on what you mentioned:

• Get Data option is actually creating a Dataflow which is why you would be getting that dataflow error. There's 2 main reason why it could have failed. 1) you as the current user running the dataflow does not have delete privileges 2) issues importing new records..
• To bulk delete records, the simplest method is by creating a bulk delete job. The steps are in this link: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/delete-bulk-records
