Hi everyone, 

Hope you all are keeping well!

Could you please help me with this? I am trying to implement security where "User A" should only see those cases where he is assigned as "Project Lead" and "User B" should only see those where he is assigned as "Site Manager". Please see the below screenshot for reference:

If you have that kind of requirement I would say you should use sharing.
