Hello,
I hope someone can help a beginner.
I have two entities: Entity A "Program" and Entity B "Application"
they have a one to many relationship "one program to many application"
I tried to create a rollup field (datatype is Whole number) in Entity A to count all the active applications in Entity B.
I cannot see the "application status" field (datatype is Option set) under the list of fields that show in the rollup filter query. The "application status" field was created in Entity B
Is there a way to resolve this? is there something I'm doing wrong?
You should be able to see the application status, are you sure you have published your latest changes?
I saved the table. I will attach two images here... one of them shows the rollup query where the "Application Status" Field doesn't show and the second image shows the "Application Status" field in the Application Entity Rollup Image
Application Table
Hello @JumiyaUmoru,
Try Checking weather the field is Searchable or not.
Go to https://make.powerapps.com
Then Click On Dataverse --> Click tables --> Open the Table where you are refereing --> Click On Fields --> Make Sure Searchable is enabled. --> Save then Publish and try again.
