Dear colleagues,
My case:
I have a Power Apps Canvas app based on SharePoint lists.
I need to move this solution to the Dataverse.
Could you help me please?

Hi @Smarty_ ,
There is no direct conversion to do this. You will need to add the Dataverse as a connection to your Canvas App and then start configuring the Dataverse table to model the SharePoint list structure. After you configure the data model you can then export the data from the SharePoint lists and work to import this into the Dataverse. I would usually use the Data Import Templates for the tables but there are a number of ways you can do this.
You will need to change your Canvas app at this point to utilize the Dataverse vs SharePoint and some of the patch functions (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/functions/function-patch) may have some different rules around delegation (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/functions/function-patch).
I know this is pretty broad but hope it helps. This is taking completely to full Dataverse. If you want to start with Dataverse for Teams you can do that as well and this would not have any licensing impact on your application (https://crmtipoftheday.com/1402/why-you-should-not-use-microsoft-lists-sharepoint-lists-for-business...)
Hope this helps in some way. If answers your question please Accept or if helps in some way please Like.
Thanks,
Drew
Hi @Smarty_
See couple of the screen shots below on where to get the templates. This will download an Excel template that you can use to run a Data Import from the My Imports screen (Go into Data Management to get to Imports). 😀

Hope this helps. Please accept if answers your question or Like if helps in any way.
