Solution with App Triggering a Dataflow

We have a solution that includes an app used by several people.  This app triggers a power platform dataflow (via power automate flow) to update a Dataverse table.  When we created the solution, the only way we could make this work was to have a service account own the dataflow and be the account that everyone is using.  Another part of the same solution connects to a specific user's machine to run a desktop flow.

This combination caused some difficulty when trying to work with a managed solution because we had to modify the connections and references after importing to our prod environment.  We are doing some updates now and thinking that we can make the entire solution owned by the service account and share the machine connection from the owner to the service account.

Is this the best way to work with this combination & achieve a managed solution?
