Stuck on "Creating definition group in CDS"

I need to import 90K records to a custom entity, I've tried all alternatives to do it (Excel, CSV, Sharepoint list, Web page) but once I start the data integration project it always get stuck on "Creating definition group in CDS". 

I also tested with different file sizes (150 records), different field order> Same results

Any ideas how to solve this?

Do you want to import data into your CDS Entity using Data Interation Project in your PowerApps?

Have you taken a try with the "Open in Excel" option within your target Entity?

I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned.

You could also consider take a try with the "Open in Excel" option within your target Entity, and then import your records into the opend Excel file, click "Publish" button to save your records into your target Entity.

In addition, you could also consider take a try with the alternative solution mentioned within the following thread (instead of your Data Integration project😞

check if the issue is solved.

Also please take a try to re-create new Data Integration project within your app, try the "Import" functionality again, check if the issue still exists.

Same here, stuck at creating definition group.  Other options are quite cumbersome.  This should be fixed!

With few records, Excel Add-in is a possibility but I need to upload 90,000 records. I've tried every possible alternative with no results and finally I posted my case to MS support.

They are aware of the case but haven't sent me an answer
