Teams integration settings

Hello All,

I am trying to install and set up Microsoft Teams integration in my Dataverse environment but cannot see the options to do so.

I was expecting to see these options:

But I only have these options:

There are no Dataverse updates to apply. I'm not sure where to go from here. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi @stormin_30 ,

Microsoft Teams integration is not supported on the following:

• Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises)
• Microsoft Dataverse environment
• Legacy web client or legacy apps
• If Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Teams are in different tenants
