Trying to understand duplicate rules and Duplicate jobs

I have a question about Duplicate rules in Dataverse. I made a rule it looks like this.

I want it to check the data as its imported to see if there is a duplicate that matches
Ticker and ATR and Company and Import_Date
It must match all four to be a duplicate.
I have looked through the data and know there are duplicates.
Anyone have suggestions with Data verse and duplicate rules\duplicate jobs?

I would like for a job to go through and compare rows, at least once a day.

This helps. It turns out i wasn't waiting long enough for the rule to propagate into the Dataverse. I tried again after an hour, and the rule worked perfectly.
