Hi All,
I have a ticket in for this but hoping someone here can respond a little quicker. Its been 24hrs.
I am unable to create a new table in Dataverse. the option is greyed out!
I noticed this after I deleted a couple of tables that had a lot of attributes in each of them. Maybe its a security mechanism?
I am the admin account.

Hi @Sheikx800 ,
Use classic designer to create new custom table, meanwhile submit request to Microsoft.
Now to navigate to classic designer, please follow below steps -
On Maker portal select solutions from left navigation then click switch to classic button
Then navigate to settings-> Customization-> customize the system->Entities -> New Entity
Thanks,
Bipin

Hi @Sheikx800 ,
Another individual just posted same issue in a developer environment... https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Dataverse/Cannot-create-Table-in-Power-Apps-Dev-Enviro...
Microsoft must be having a larger issue here. I have no insight how to solve this other than opening the case with Microsoft as you have done.
Thanks Drew
I am afraid this is no developer environment. This is a production environment but still in very early stages of the project. Anyone else would be spitting chips!
I have tried different browsers, and even tried changing environment actually. It wont even let me create a table in a different environment.
Sounds like it might be a wider problem even if it is an account-specific issue. I only have the one license for PowerApps so I cant assign a license to a different account to test.
Thanks for the heads-up! I'll try remember to post something back when resolved because I couldn't see anything else on the forums about it.

Hi Bipin,
Thanks for your post. I received assistance from support but the best the tech could manage was to suggest the same workaround you have. This does appear to work and allows me to continue working on things, there must be something thats broken that caused the issue and that concerns me.
From what I gathered while working with the tech, the issue might lie in the Publisher and how its associated with my user and the Solution I am working in. I dont have extensive underlying knowledge in this area so I am guessing. He said he would put me in touch with another team but I have not heard a thing since.
More to come.
Hi, I noticed this issue yesterday, and switching to classic mode worked.
Hi All - Microsoft Support resolved this for me today. Took a few days but both techs I dealt with were very helpful. It was no setting on my end that would get things going again so it was a back-end fix. Creating tables in Classic Mode Solution Explorer was a way around the problem in case anyone else runs into this. Bipin's suggestion is the best immediate workaround for this if it happens and it does appear to be only fixable in the back-end.
I wish I could say what caused it but the tech wasn't able to tell me exactly. I dont know if it was the tables I deleted which caused some kind of request overload security or whether some action I performed with XRMToolbox made it cut me out. I didn't use XRMToolbox to create or delete any tables directly. Only their attributes.
Either way, on with the show. Thanks for all that assisted.
