Unable to view and edit records on forms and model driven app.

The forms used within my Dataverse tables and model driven apps do not display the UI allowing me to save changes among other features. It excludes my business process flow timeline as well.

Also periodically I receive this error while interacting with the model driven app or forms.

For your offline error, everything seems up: https://twitter.com/MSFT365Status Is your organization behind a proxy/firewall? Might be worth to check with your network admins because it doesn't look like it's a Power Platfrom/D365/Microsoft issue. You can also submit a Microsoft support ticket at: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support as it's hard to debug such issue here in a forum...

For the 1st screenshot it looks like the form hasn't finish loading. Have you tried another browser and F12 to log at the console logs for any issues? If so can you paste the error logs here?

It seems like there’s some kind of infinite loop in your JavaScript so the server rejects your requests. As a test, you can disable/remove JS on the form and retry to see if the forms loads?

@EricRegnier Disabling javascript on the page results in the page not loading/infinite loading.

 

Ok, to confirm you disabled custom JavaScript added to the model-driven form right? If so, unfortunately you might need to lodge a MS ticket as previously mentioned….
