Views with limited number of records

Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to increment the number of records that show in a View.

Only 50 records are available at a given time, even without any filtering. Can't find any post about the possibility to increment this limit. Is it possible?

Hi @Anonymous,

Yes you can easily change that through your personal settings. The maximum is 250 records. Quick steps:

  1. Click on the gear icon on the top right and select "Personalization Settings"
  2. Under the General tab, the 2nd option is "Set the number of records shown per page in any list of records" and select the desired value. 2020-04-23_11-46-41.png

     

This will only take affect for you as a user. Every user would need to do it or you can bulk change those for all your users with a tool in the XrmToolBox called "User Utility Settings': https://www.xrmtoolbox.com/plugins/MsCrmTools.UserSettingsUtility/

@EricRegnier I am very grateful for your answer, and I think it will solve the problem. My only question now is in which platform did you address the issue. In the CDS management center that option doesn't exist.

Hi @Anonymous,

It seems that you're in the Maker portal, go to your CDS environment (e.g. xyz.crm.dynamics.com/....) via anr app and click the gear icon there.
