For creating such an app with CDS, you have to create an entity first with attributes (Product Name, Monday - Sunday hours, total)
While creating the total field, make it as a calculated field, and inside the formula add all the different attributes from Monday to Sunday.
Now, when you will enter data in the Monday-Sunday columns, data will get autopopulated for Total.
I tried to build a powerapp, directly selected my newly created entity as data source from the New App menu item.
